Description: Annual herbs.

Flowers in a raceme. Sepals spreading, not saccate. Petals clawed. Stamens 6. Nectariferous glands various or unknown. Style short.

Silicula dehiscent, compressed; septum narrow; seeds mucilaginous when wet, 3–10 per loculus. Radicle incumbent to accumbent.


Distribution and occurrence: World: 4 species, endemic Australia. Australia: N.S.W., Vic., S.A., W.A.
