Beyeria lasiocarpa (F.Muell.) Müll.Arg. APNI* 
Description: Tall shrub or small tree 2–6 m high.
Leaves ovate to elliptic or oblong, 3–8 cm long, 7–20 mm wide, upper surface dark green, glabrous and sometimes viscid, lower surface white-tomentose.
Flowers similar to preceding species, but the sepals larger and whitish tomentose.
Capsule 8–10 mm long, densely hirsute with translucent hairs; persistent stigma 3–4 mm wide, slightly raised.
Flowering: summer.
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in wet sclerophyll forest or in moist gullies along the coast and in rocky situations on the ranges; main occurrence in SC.
NSW subdivisions: NC, SC, NT, CT, ST, NWP
Other Australian states: Qld Vic.
Specimens intermediate between this and Beyeria viscosa are recorded from CT NWS CWS.
