Description: Annual to 50 cm high, erect, with sessile or stalked, irregularly branched hairs.

Basal leaves to 7 cm long; stem leaves reducing, pinnatifid to entire, petiolate or sessile.

Sepals to 7 mm long. Petals 9–13 mm long, white, pink or lavender. Siliqua linear, 4.5–7 cm long, 1–2.5 mm wide; valves sparsely hairy, usually slightly constricted between seeds; seeds flattened, winged; pedicel recurved, to 18 mm long.
