Description: Much-branched rigid shrub 0.15–0.5 m high; branchlets moderately pilose.
Leaves 1-foliolate, lamina broad-obovate to ± circular, 5–12 mm long, 5–15 mm wide, apex rounded, margins entire, thick, glabrous except for occasionally ciliate margins; sessile.
Inflorescences terminal to subterminal, 1–3-flowered, flowers ± sessile. Calyx glabrous or sparsely ciliate on margins. Petals 6–7 mm long, imbricate, white to pale pink, glabrous, not persistent in fruit. Staminal filaments glabrous.
Cocci glabrous.
Flowering: October–January
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in heath and swamps on sandstone, chiefly in the Budawang Ra.
