Description: Shrub 0.3–1 m high; branchlets stellate-pubescent.

Leaves pinnate with 3–7 leaflets, terminal leaflet often longest; rachis 2–12 mm long, winged; leaflets narrow-oblong to narrow-lanceolate, 4–15 mm long, 2–3 mm wide, apex obtuse, margins entire and recurved, glabrous to rarely sparsely stellate-hairy, slightly paler below; petiole 2–7 mm long.

Inflorescences axillary, 1- or 2-flowered; pedicels 3–7 mm long. Calyx ± tomentose. Petals 5–7 mm long, valvate, pale to bright pink, tomentose, persistent in fruit.
