Cassinia theodorii F.Muell. APNI* 
Description: Shrub to 2 m high; stems red below whitish or greyish woolly and glandular hairs.
Leaves ± linear 0.2–0.5 cm long, c. 1 mm wide, apex minutely reflexed, margins revolute, upper surface shiny and glandular or tuberculate, or loosely woolly, lower surface white-woolly.
Inflorescence a small pyramidal panicle to 6 cm long, to 2 cm diam. Heads 2–4 mm long, 1–2 mm diam.; involucral bracts in 4 imbricate rows, widely spreading, elongate, broad-acute, entirely translucent, brown tinged red. Florets 1 or 2, deep-red.
Achenes c. 0.8 mm long, minutely pubescent; pappus 2–2.5 mm long.
Flowering: summer.
Distribution and occurrence: Grows in sclerophyll forest on shallow volcanic soil, restricted to higher altitudes of the Nandewar Ra.
NSW subdivisions: NT
Closely related to C. sifton. The name C. arcuata has been misapplied to C. sifton in NSW.
