Description: Terrestrial herb.

Leaves 2.

Flower narrow, 20–22 mm long, greenish with a blackish labellum callus. Dorsal sepal linear to spathulate, 12–18 mm long, 3–3.5 mm wide; osmophore c. 2 mm long. Lateral sepals decurved, 12–15 mm long, c. 1 mm wide, with a club-like, swollen, brown osmophore c. 2 mm long. Petals oblong, 10–12 mm long, 2–3 mm wide, strongly reflexed. Labellum spade-shaped, 5–6 mm long, 4–5 mm wide, with an ant-like callus on the basal third.

Distribution and occurrence: Grows on the fringes of moist forest; of disjunct distribution and known with certainty only from Sunny Corner near Bathurst, Barrington Tops and Mt Kaputar.
