Description: Perennial with twining stems, glabrous.

Leaves with lamina ovate to ± lanceolate, 7–11 cm long, 5–10 cm wide, slightly acuminate with apex narrowly obtuse and finely mucronate, base cordate, margins entire or 3-lobed; petiole 7–11 cm long.

Inflorescence 1-several-flowered. Corolla trumpet-shaped, white with cream to greenish yellow mid-petaline bands and throat, glabrous; tube 8–14 cm long; limb 7–11 cm diam.

Capsule ovoid, 18–23 mm diam., 2-locular, splitting into 4 valves; seeds ± glabrous except for short scaly hairs mainly on outer ridges and around the hilum.
