Description: Prostrate or erect subshrub to 30 cm high, stems yellowish to greyish, densely pubescent.

Leaves 10–16 cm long; leaflets 5–9 (sometimes 3 on lower leaves), linear to lanceolate, 20–70 mm long, 1–9 mm wide, upper surface sparsely pubescent, lower surface silky and paler; petiole 15–60 mm long; stipules subulate.

Racemes 2–4-flowered, flowers clustered near apex of peduncle that lengthens up to 10 c. in fruit. Calyx 3–4 mm long, pubescent; teeth subulate, 1.5–2 mm long. Corolla 5–7 mm long, yellowish green.

Pod linear, compressed, 20–40 mm long, 4–5 mm wide, sometimes slightly curved.


Distribution and occurrence: in Mulga woodland, chiefly north and west of Walgett.
