Wurmbea biglandulosa (R.Br.) T.D.Macfarl. APNI* 
Description: Herb 3.5–30 cm high.
Leaves 3, well separated; lowest leaf filiform or linear, 1–2.5 mm wide, not dilated basally; second leaf dilated basally, upper portion tapering; upper leaf dilated with short or long narrow apical portion.
Inflorescence open, 1–6-flowered, all bisexual or lower bisexual and upper male, occasionally all male. Tepals 8–10 mm long, white; nectaries 2 per tepal, a third from base, with shelf-like thickenings on all margins (except apical one) distinct and raised, pink. Stamens half to a third as long as tepals; anthers 1.5–2 mm long, red or purple.
Capsule 4–5.5 mm long.
Flowering: spring.
Distribution and occurrence: From coastal districts west to the Warrumbungle Range, with a record for Cobar district. Grows in forest, in disturbed grassy places, creek banks and rocky ridge.
